Jose Mari seals Betis exit

Real Betis have reached agreement with Jose Mari to terminate the contract of the experienced striker.

The 30-year-old still had 18 months to run on his contract with the Andalucían club but agreed to a termination having started just three La Liga games this season.

The former Villarreal, Atletico Madrid, AC Milan and Sevilla striker scored just one goal in 16 appearances during his time at the Manuel Ruiz de Lopera.

The ex-Spain international has already been linked with a move tp La Liga strugglers Osasuna and Huelva.
