Caroline has known Kaka since she was 15 years old, back when he was still playing for Sao Paolo. She is the daughter of the entrepreneur Celso Celico and the representative of Christian Dior in Brazil, Rosângela Lyra.
Kaka is currently linked with a move to Premier League giants Chelsea after his former world record move to Real Madrid from Milan for £56 million.
The couple tied the knot in 2005.
