Real Madrid set Aguero as top Summer Target

The dailymail is reporting that Real Madrid have made Manchester City Striker Sergio Aguero their top summer target.

The report claims that the Spanish giants plan to fund a move for the former Athletico Madrid man by selling Gonzalo Higuain to Chelsea, (although the same reports state that Chelsea failed with a £33million bid last month after the player rejected a move to the London club).

The report goes on to say that, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez is desperate to sign Aguero at the end of the season - and is willing to pay whatever money it takes to lure him to the Bernabeu.

According to sources though, Atletico are said to have asked for assurances that he would not be sold to their rivals within two years when they agreed to sell him to City.
