Win Football League Championship, League One and League Two play-off final tickets

Football.co.uk has teamed up with Football League sponsors npower to give away two pairs of tickets to each of this season's play-off finals.

In conjunction with npower's 'Every shirt has a story' campaign, asking fans from across the 72 Football League clubs to reveal the memories behind their team's seasonal colours and share their shirt stories with other fans via www.everyshirt.co.uk, you and a mate could be off to Old Trafford or Wembley to witness football history as clubs do battle for promotion.

To be in with a chance of winning simply answer the following question:

Closing date for entries is Friday 14th May. Championship final will be held at Wembley, League One and Two both held at Old Trafford.

The football fans will be honoured with 16 by 24 metre facia boards as well as seeing their name emblazened on a giant football shirt that will cover the pitch as their team prepare to contest the play off final. Season tickets and signed shirts can also be won.

Launching on the 28th April, Every Shirt Has A Story will be fronted by football legend Dion Dublin. Dion and a whole host of other footballing heroes and celebrity fans will be revealing the stories behind their most cherished football strips.
