Czech Republic international Marek Matejovsky has revealed that he has signed a long-term deal with Reading.
The 26-year-old Mlada Boleslav midfielder is believed to have penned a three-and-a-half year contract with the Royals and moves to the Madejski Stadium for an undisclosed fee.
Matejovsky told Sport.cz: "The Premier League is the world's best league. I know where I am going. I have already arranged the housing situation.
"I am leaving for England today together with my family. I hope I will show I can play football well."
Meanwhile, Reading have reportedly rejected an improved bid of £3million from Sunderland for Stephen Hunt.
Boss Steve Coppell turned down a £2.5million offer for the former Brentford player last week.
