The 4-1 defeat at QPR on Tuesday night left Brendan Rodgers' side languishing in 21st place in the table and Gunnarsson admits everyone at the Madejski Stadium expects better. He said: "I understand the fans' frustrations. We've had a great three or four years here at Reading and as players and fans we expect to be fighting for at least the play-offs. "But we are where we are, we have to stick together and get behind the manager. "We need to get ourselves out of this and start picking up some results."
