Royals duo to miss Hoops clash
But Royals boss Brendan Rogers has some good news regarding Matt Mills' fitness, whom he hopes may still be fit to play at Loftus Road.
All three of the players came off against West Brom at the weekend and Rogers insists he will not be taking any chances with the players.
"Ryan came off with concussion and for medical reasons he won't be involved," he told the club's official website.
"Noel's had an ongoing knee problem that goes back to the summer and it's flared up again. He has been struggling with it so he won't be around for a few weeks.
"Mills we are having a look at, at first it looked more serious that it was and we'll see in the final few hours."
