The Royals travel to West Brom on Saturday and QPR next week and Rodgers is determined to close the gap on the top six.[LNB]"The international break has given us the chance to reflect on the first 11 games," Rodgers told the Reading Chronicle. "There are still many, many positives to take from it. We've shown really good moments in a lot of games.[LNB]"The big thing for me is there have been a lot of disruptions and changes that has led to inconsistency. But we have nothing to fear in this league.[LNB]"A couple of wins would almost put you amongst the play-off positions. There is still great belief in the group we have here.
