Rodgers: I'll do what it takes

The Royals have now gone eight months without a Championship win at home, but boss Rodgers insists confidence is high following the 3-1 win at Barnsley last time out.[LNB]"You are always looking for that winning formula. In this league you can't make too many changes, but I will never be frightened to do that if it makes us better," Rodgers told the Reading Post.[LNB]"It's important to have a solid group that will play week in, week out, but from time to time you will have to make changes.[LNB]"The feeling after the win at Barnsley was great. We would obviously like to continue that, because once you get the momentum, you get into a rhythm.[LNB]"I want the feeling to stay around and the introduction of the new players has been great."[LNB][LNB]
