Only one enforced change - returning skipper Ivar Ingimarsson replacing the injured Matt Mills - was made for Saturday's trip to the Ricoh Arena where the Royals coasted to a 3-1 win over Coventry.[LNB]Rodgers told the club's official website: "The balance of the team in the last couple of games has been strong. The guys in the shirt have got to work hard to stay in now.[LNB]"I wanted a settled, solid team and you could see that in the last two performances, Once we have that, we'll be more of a threat.[LNB]"On Saturday the dynamic was right. Offensively we were very good and defensively we were disciplined and strong.[LNB]"Before the game we gave the players the message to keep playing with confidence, tempo and spirit, then the quality will come through. We did that on Saturday and I was very pleased - we deserved to win."[LNB][LNB]
