Rodgers boosts backroom staff

The coaches are set to sign three-year contracts in the next few days and will once again link up with Brendan Rodgers - whom they worked under at Watford. Austin will become assistant manager, Lampard will act as a football consultant and Halabi will work as football physiologist. Rodgers told the club's website: "I am thrilled to be joined at Reading by three of my most valued and trusted colleagues in football."
