Reading boss signs improved deal

Reading boss Brian McDermott has committed his future to the club by signing a new rolling 12-month deal.McDermott became Royals boss in December 2009, having previously been chief scout at the club. "I'm delighted. This is the place I want to be and the club I want to work at," McDermott told the club website. "I've been here close to 11 years and I feel part of things.
