Glen Little started his career at Crystal Palace as a youngster but was never able to make the first team. Just before his 20th Birthday in 1995 he moved to Irish club Glentoran on a free transfer. He spent just over a year at the Irish club before Burnley paid 100,000 pounds for him in November 1996.During the 8 years he was there he made just over 240 appearances and scored 32 times.
