Murty delight for boss McDermott

Former Reading captain Graeme Murty says Brian McDermott fully deserves his chance as manager.McDermott has been caretaker manager since December and has been given a 12-month rolling contract. Murty, who knew McDermott when he was chief scout, told BBC Berkshire, there are similarities with Steve Coppell. "He's a great deal of integrity, he's very honest, he'll tell it as it is.
