Mooney lands at Us
Reading striker David Mooney has joined Colchester on loan until the New Year.
The 25-year-old spent last season on loan with Charlton and has agreed a six-month deal at the Community Stadium.
Mooney should go straight into the Us squad for Saturday's season opener at Exeter, subject to approval from the FA and the Football League.
