McDermott looking up

Reading boss Brian McDermott is pleased to see his side heading in the right direction following their 2-1 win at Doncaster.The result was not enough to lift Reading out of the Championship's bottom three, but McDermott has seen enough encouraging signs of late to remain positive about the club's chances of survival.McDermott said: "We just have to keep trying to win the next game. We have done that and I'm very happy."We play Plymouth at home (on Tuesday) in front of our own fans and we are excited. We are looking forward to playing. This was a big away win for us."
