McDermott: Tour was fantastic
Reading boss Brian McDermott has hailed the club's tour of Slovenia and Croatia as a resounding success.
The Royals recorded victories over a Red Star Belgrade B team and Inter Zapresic before ending with a defeat to NK Celje.
McDermott says he has nothing but praise for the way the trip has been planned and organised.
"It's been fantastic - great facilities and great spirit between players and staff," he said.
"The organisation has been first class, you couldn't fault it.
"You could bring any Premier League side to this country and to these facilities with no problem."
