Striker Shane Long has been touted with a possible move to Premiership strugglers West Ham, while Simon Church is also reported to be interesting Mick McCarthy's Wolves. But McDermott stood firm as the interest in his players rises.
He told the Reading Evening Post: "I'm not thinking about anyone leaving. There isn't anyone knocking my door down wanting to leave. The players are enjoying their football."
