McDermott aims for Royal ascension
Gylfi Sigurdsson's finish earnt the Royals a fifth-round tie with West Brom but, with the club struggling in the Championship, McDermott is concentrating on a win at Sheffield United on Tuesday night.[LNB]He said: "The situation we are in we have to win games, and even though the Burnley match was not a league game we wanted to get through to the next round.[LNB]"There is not a lack of confidence in this side. You can see we have a belief.[LNB]"We are just trying to build slowly and trying to make something of the season.[LNB]"We need to keep performing and if they show spirit then the results will come."[LNB][LNB]
