Kebe has been in superb form since manager Brian McDermott took over and is one of the most potent threats in the npower Championship.
"Jimmy is a big threat," McAnuff told the club's official website.
"He gives us that spark, something for the opponents to worry about. With Jimmy, it helped that Brian knew him. He gave him the chance and backed him.
"He's repaid that faith with some great performances. It's good to see him back."
