Little hopes to cement play-off spot
The Royals, who have not won in five games, have slipped down to sixth in the league and Little says his side must stop the rot soon, starting with their trip to Derby on Tuesday.
"It looks like our chance of automatic has gone now so we need a win to guarantee a play-off spot," Little told the club's official website.
"The play-offs are exciting, I can't say I agree with them, but we're looking to finish in a good manner and get in there because it's not guaranteed yet.
"There's work to do and we just want to win a game."
