On-loan Stoke flop Kitson hit his first goal since the last day of last season at Doncaster on Tuesday night and is confident of continuing when Steve Coppell's side face Crystal Palace at the weekend.[LNB]He said: "This season has been a disappointment but not any more it isn't. Things are looking up suddenly and it's amazing what a goal does.[LNB]"I said when I came here, in a strange way your confidence is up because you don't play and you're starved of football so when you do get a chance you want to make an impression.[LNB]"I was annoyed that I didn't score against Ipswich when I hit the crossbar, but I played OK.[LNB]"I played OK at Doncaster as well and got a reward for it, so I just need to carry that forward into the next game now."[LNB][LNB]
