Kebe poised for Reading comeback

Reading midfielder Jimmy Kebe could be a surprise inclusion in Reading's squad to face Watford at Vicarage Road on Saturday. Kebe has not played since the defeat at Bristol City on October 19, but having trained on Monday he could be available.

Royals boss Brian McDermott told the club's official website: "Jimmy trained and looked good, so hopefully he'll be back on Saturday to give us another option.

"Jimmy hasn't played for three weeks so he'll probably come into the squad, but we'll have to see if he comes into the side."

McDermott confirmed Ivar Ingimarsson has suffered a minor setback in his recovery from a hamstring problem.

McDermott added: "We'll have to wait and see, he could be out a little bit longer. He just doesn't feel quite right at the moment, so we need to have another look at that and get that sorted."
