Karacan wants ruthless streak

Reading midfielder Jem Karacan has pledged to end his goal drought as Brian McDermott's side look to climb away from danger in the Championship. Karacan has become a regular since McDermott took over at the Madejski Stadium but he is yet to find the net this season and admits that must change. He said: "We have to be more ruthless in front of goal and maybe finish games off earlier. "I need to work on my finishing a little bit more and hopefully the goals will come. "We do need to get more goals from all around the team and I've got to take a bit of the blame."
