Ingimarsson makes reserves return
The Iceland international last played in January after undergoing surgery on a knee injury but came through unscathed at St James Park.
Reserve boss Nigel Gibbs said: "Ivar did very well. He looked comfortable and this was a valuable 65 minutes for him.
"The young boys did OK and Ben Gamer was very good in goal."
