Ingi: No right to win at home

Reading defender Ivar Ingimarsson has suggested that the Royals have no 'divine right' to win games at their Madejski Stadium home.

They have failed to win in any of their five home games to date, drawing three and losing two and with Brendan Rodgers' men failing to down his former Watford outfit on Saturday, they have the chance to put things right against Middlesbrough on Saturday.

To make things worse, they have hit the back of the net on only two occasions.

Speaking to getwokingham online, he said: "I don't think there is extra pressure on the players because of our home record.

"I just don't get it, because most of the players in our team weren't here when it started last season, I don't think it's a problem.

"The fans have been used to a very successful time here over the past five or six years.

"But we don't have any divine right to walk over teams."
