The Georgia international made his home debut in the 2-1 win over Plymouth on Tuesday night but is cup-tied having played in the third round for parent club Blackburn.[LNB]Matt Mills is available again for manager Brian McDermott, however, after serving a one-match ban and he should take Khizanishvili's place in the centre of defence.[LNB]Striker Shane Long will start up front after taking his tally to four goals in three games with a double against the Pilgrims in midweek, while midfielders Gylfi Sigurdsson and Marek Matejovsky are close to a return.[LNB]Sigurdsson - who has scored in both rounds - has been out with a foot injury while Czech Republic international Matejovsky has been struggling with an abdominal injury.[LNB]Noel Hunt (knee), Chris Armstrong (knee) and Julian Kelly (shoulder) all remain sidelined as the Royals look to make the quarter finals.[LNB][LNB]
