The Royals are still in the hunt for automatic promotion from the Championship ahead of their clash with Norwich.[LNB]A healthy position in the league has not stopped widespread speculation of Coppell's possible departure, though, with his contract expiring in the summer.[LNB]Coppell has led the club to unprecedented success during his five-and-a-half-year tenure in Berkshire and while accepting the decision to stay could be taken out of his hands should they not be promoted, he won't make a snap decision.[LNB]"First and foremost I have 100 per cent not made any judgement call or any decision," Coppell said in The Sun.[LNB]"I am not going to look after my own future when I have players in the same boat as me and are out of contract at the end of the season.[LNB]"As always I will chat with the chairman and go from there.[LNB]"The chances are, if we didn't go up, my future wouldn't be in my control - but I need a purpose and I want to work."[LNB][LNB] Reading 11/8, Norwich 13/8, Draw 12/5
