Reading manager Brian McDermott says he is "absolutely certain" that Matt Mills' relationship with the crowd has had no lasting damage.Mills appeared to make an offensive gesture towards home supporters during Reading's 1-0 win against Queen's Park Rangers on Tuesday night.
