Armstrong not going to be stretched
The left-back, who joined the club from Championship rivals Sheffield United in the summer of 2008, was an unused substitute for some of the Royals' games during December but will be eased back into things slowly.[LNB]However, Julian Kelly looks set to re-join the squad at the start of February as he nears a return to training from a dislocated shoulder.[LNB]Meanwhile, Noel Hunt (knee) is hoping to return to training before the end of the season and Marek Matejovsky (abdomen), James Henry, David Mooney and Nicholas Bignall all remain in the treatment room.[LNB][LNB]
