Weir warns Gers despite perfect start

Skipper David Weir hailed Rangers for bagging their seventh win of the season - then told them they must do even better.[LNB] The Scottish champions once again fought back from behind to earn all three points at Hearts and remain joint top of the SPL.[LNB]The win allowed Walter Smith's men to maintain their 100 per cent start to the league campaign but Weir admits it is far to early to accept the plaudits.[LNB]"If you look at the last couple of results and the European results, there is definitely something there," said the defender.[LNB]"But ultimately, your team is judged at the end of the season, not the beginning of the season or after a good spell.[LNB]"I'm sure we will have spells when people will question us but it's nice to know that, within the group, there is a hunger and desire.[LNB]"It's been a great start. But there are individual things we need to work on, we could do a bit better in terms of conceding goals and things like that.[LNB]"There are also some positives and to win seven out of seven at the start of the season and to have a reasonable start in the Champions League as well is a good start for us."[LNB]Rudi Skacel fired Hearts into a first half lead at Tynecastle before Kyle Lafferty came off the bench to level late on and Steven Naismith grabbed the winner deep into injury time.[LNB]Rangers staged a similar comeback at Aberdeen the week before, fighting back from two goals down to win the game at Pittodrie.[LNB]"The fear of failure drives you on," admitted Weir.[LNB]"We know what it's like to win and we have enjoyed it. We've added to our squad and the other lads are getting a taste of that as well.[LNB]"They are all starting to enjoy winning and it's a nice habit to get into but it's something you've got to constantly keep on top of.[LNB]"It's not something that automatically just happens, you've got to keep working as hard as we did in this game and play as well as we did."[LNB]He added: "I don't know if you can take more from a win like this, just winning the game is what it's all about.[LNB]"We are definitely making it hard for ourselves and asking ourselves questions but fortunately we keep answering them.[LNB]"It would be nice to get a comfortable win and enjoy it a bit.[LNB]"Going to Aberdeen and going to Hearts with a European game in-between is a big ask so we are really happy to come out as well as we have done."[LNB]Hearts goalkeeper Marian Kello had a superb game but even his efforts could not prevent Rangers from snatching victory.[LNB]He said: "I wanted to cry at the final whistle. It was very painful.[LNB]"I had some good saves but the result is very disappointing and I'm very unhappy that we lost the game."
