Weir warns Gers despite perfect start

Skipper David Weir hailed Rangers for bagging their seventh win of the season - then told them they must do even better. The Scottish champions once again fought back from behind to earn all three points at Hearts and remain joint top of the Clydesdale Bank Premier League. The win allowed Walter Smith's men to maintain their 100% start to the league campaign but Weir admits it is far to early to accept the plaudits. "If you look at the last couple of results and the European results, there is definitely something there," said the defender. "But ultimately, your team is judged at the end of the season, not the beginning of the season or after a good spell. "I'm sure we will have spells when people will question us but it's nice to know that, within the group, there is a hunger and desire. It's been a great start. But there are individual things we need to work on, we could do a bit better in terms of conceding goals and things like that."
