Walters hopes Gers land Reds tie

Mark Walters would love to see his former clubs Rangers and Liverpool paired with each other in today's Europa League draw. Both sides are in the pot for the last 32 after Rangers parachuted into the competition following a third-place finish behind Manchester United and Valencia in the Champions League. Boss Walter Smith has already revealed he would relish another clash with English opposition this season. And former Rangers winger Walters believes a meeting between his two old teams would have all the makings of a classic. "It would be a great game, not only for Rangers but for British football," he said. "The English teams have a much bigger budget to deal with so it would be good to see them pitted against each other. "I think it would be a classic game and great to watch."
