Kenny Miller will discuss his future with Bursaspor on Wednesday as Rangers wait in the wings to take the striker back to Ibrox.[LNB] Ally McCoist is considering a move to re-sign the Scotland striker for what would be his third spell in Govan.[LNB]Miller was the top goalscorer in the SPL last season despite leaving in January, having struck 21 goals.[LNB]Bursaspor's director of transfers, Erkan Kamat, has told Rangers they will have to pay "serious money" to sign the former Celtic hitman but accepts the player has had a problem settling in Turkey which he will address on Wednesday.[LNB]"There is something on Miller's mind regarding his family," Kamat was quoted as telling STV.[LNB]"It is difficult for him because his family is in Scotland. He is in Turkey.[LNB]"In a few days' time we will see what happens.[LNB]"I am meeting Kenny tomorrow[LNB]but, for the time being, Kenny Miller is a player of Bursaspor and will continue to be a player for Bursaspor.[LNB]"I will have to make a plan. I can't say anymore just now.[LNB]"But I will meet Kenny tomorrow, and then we will have a clearer picture."[LNB]Kamat insists that Bursaspor will not let him return to Scotland for anything less than a significant transfer fee.[LNB]He said: "If the circumstances are right, if things are good, and the conditions are correct, then why not?[LNB]"But Rangers have to pay serious money, a good transfer fee.[LNB]"If Rangers are opening the door, we can maybe settle something.[LNB]"It can happen but it is not just a case of opening the door, it's not that easy.[LNB]"At the moment I am not talking about his valuation. We will see what Rangers want to do."[LNB]McCoist, in Germany on the club's pre-season trip, admitted his interest in Miller. "Kenny has never been out of my thoughts," he said.[LNB]"He is a player who did very, very well for us.[LNB]"I certainly wouldn't rule Kenny out but I haven't spoken to him at any great length about it because he is still under contract at Bursaspor.[LNB]"It's an avenue we will look at as Kenny ticks all the boxes in terms of what we're looking for.[LNB]"I'd imagine I'll be speaking to him again in the next couple of days."[LNB]Last month Rangers refused to entertain several offers from Bursaspor for defender Steven Whittaker, which Kamat confirmed.[LNB]"I wanted to sign Steven Whittaker but Rangers always gave me a no answer," he added.[LNB]"In fact they didn't even get back in touch with me."
