Walter Smith's side ended their Champions League section with a 1-0 defeat to La Liga side Sevilla in Spain on Wednesday night, leaving them out of Europe altogether after finishing bottom of Group G with just two points.[LNB]The Rangers midfielder says the focus can now turn to retaining their SPL title, with a game against St Johnstone at Ibrox on Saturday next up.[LNB]He said: "We're disappointed with the Champions League campaign but we need to put it to bed now, move on and concentrate on domestic matters.[LNB]"The European run has been character-building and that's what it's all about when you are at Rangers.[LNB]"You need to take disappointments along with the success.[LNB]"When we got to the UEFA Cup final we had nothing but praise and now we've been criticised.[LNB]"We've had to take it on the chin. It has been a harsh lesson for us all but now we hope having only domestic football means we can focus a little more and build a bit of momentum.[LNB]"We need to put all our energy into the SPL and the cups.[LNB]"We've not been as consistent as we would have liked to be this season and we're looking to change that over the next few games.[LNB]"We're eager to go on a good run in the league and we know that if we win our game in hand we could go top of the table.[LNB]"We want to show we're the best in the business so we'll roll our sleeves up on Saturday against St Johnstone and hopefully get three points," he told the club's official website.[LNB][LNB]
