The Swabians will come up against one of the sides who defeated them twice two years ago in Scottish champions Rangers while, after eliminating one Romanian side in the last qualifying round, they will now face another in debutants Unirea Urziceni. 2006 and 2007 UEFA Cup champions Sevilla will be favourites in Group G, but Stuttgart fancy their own chances. "We are looking forward to these games," said coach Markus Babbel. "We worked the whole of the second half of last season to get here. We respect our opponents, but we are not scared of them and we will do everything to make sure we are still in the Champions League over the winter." Stuttgart, Sevilla and Rangers will be expected to battle it out for the two places in the last 16, but general manager Horst Heldt has warned against underestimating the outsiders from Romania. "At this level, there is no easy opponent," he said. "We want to play a good part and obviously the aim is to reach the second round."
