Warburton eyeing Rangers changes

Rangers manager Mark Warburton has no fresh injuries for the Ladbrokes Championship clash with Raith at Ibrox on Tuesday.

Striker Martyn Waghorn is out with a knee injury which could keep him out for the rest of the season, while long-term absentee David Templeton remains sidelined with a knee injury.

Warburton is hoping to include the forward duo Michael O'Halloran and Billy King, and the Ibrox boss said: "We are all fit and in good shape having trained well today.

"There will be one or two changes tomorrow. We haven't got big numbers, but it won't be a major shift."

Raith Rovers will miss the match-winner from their 3-2 success over Morton on Saturday at Ibrox as Ryan Hardie is on loan from the Light Blues.

Kyle Benedictus is suspended with the Kirkcaldy side also without Lewis Toshney who has a hamstring injury and David Bates who has a calf problem.

Manager Ray McKinnon said: "We showed resilience at the weekend to go out and grab a late winner after Morton had scored two equalisers. We will need that spirit in this game as Rangers are looking very strong.

"We gave them a very tight game just a month ago at our place and aim to do that again."
