Rangers v HMRC: Bank of Scotland action on arrestment order.

02 September 2011 20:32
Today's developments in ongoing dispute. Charles Paterson of SSN has confirmed latest story doing the rounds. Yesterday, HMRC issued an arrestment order, today actioned by the Club's banker, Bank of Scotland, meaning monies claimed by HMRC in case against Rangers have been moved to a holding account, where they will remain for 14 weeks. The club can appeal this decision. Should they chose not to then the money will revert to HMRC and the small case against RFC will be concluded. One can only imagine how unhappy Rangers will be with this latest revelation and leak.
