Rangers take a look at Barazite

Arsenal youngster Nacer Barazite will get the chance to win a move to Rangers when a second string Light Blues side take on Glentoran at the Oval. The 20-year-old striker has represented Holland at all youth levels and has three caps for their Under-21 side. Barazite has been at the London club since 2006, and has made three first-team appearances. After spending the 2008/2009 season on loan to Derby County, he failed to establish himself at Arsenal last season after suffering from shoulder injury problems that required surgery. But an impressive performance tonight in front of Ibrox coach Ian Durrant could convince Rangers to offer Barazite a deal. "Nacer will be on trial for us," Durrant told the Evening Times. "It's a good opportunity in a competitive match for us to have a look at him."
