PRESS RELEASE 28TH SEPTEMBER 2012

Scottish Affairs paper argues fans face more authoritarian policing today than at the time of the Hillsborough 'disaster'.

Author Stuart Waiton argues that, today cosmopolitan authoritarianism comes in the form of anti-racism, anti-sectarianism and the relentless belief that football fans are bigots who need to be policed and regulated by 'right thinking' people.
