Pilgrims waiting on Gow decision

11 August 2009 14:08
Rangers have agreed a £200,000 fee to sell Gow to the Pilgrims and the 26-year-old underwent a medical and discussed personal terms last week. However, Gow has yet to give a firm answer to the Championship club's offer, with reports suggest Sturrock is not prepared to increase the deal on the table. And Sturrock admits his immediate priority is preparing his team for Tuesday's Carling Cup tie at Gillingham rather than finalising his swoop for Gow. "It seems to resurrect and die, and resurrect and die," Sturrock told the Plymouth Evening Herald about his move for Gow. "I'm concentrating more on tonight's game than on that. "I can assure the fans there have been a lot of negotiations going on with this one." Gillingham 13/8, Plymouth 13/8, Draw 9/4
