Novo pens new Gers deal

Rangers striker Nacho Novo has put pen to paper on a new two-year contract at Ibrox.
The 28-year-old Spaniard had suggested he was willing to leave the club in the summer when his contract expired, but has now revealed his delight after putting pen to paper until the summer of 2009.
Novo has scored 48 goals in three-and-a-half years at Ibrox.
"I am really, really happy, this is what I wanted," he told the club's official website.
"This is the club I love and I want to do my best for the team and for our great fans.
"They have been behind me 10 per cent from day one when I first arrived at Rangers and I have always appreciated that.
"They have been there for me all the way and I want to repay them by scoring more goals and helping the team win trophies."
