Rangers striker Nicky Clark savoured one of the best moments of his career after netting an injury-time winner at Kilmarnock on Tuesday night.
Clark replaced the injured Martyn Waghorn just after his fellow forward had given Rangers a fourth-minute lead from the penalty spot at Rugby Park.
Killie soon levelled through Rory McKenzie but Clark converted Barrie McKay's corner to send Rangers into a William Hill Scottish Cup quarter-final at Ibrox against Dundee or Dumbarton.
Clark told RangersTV: "It's right up there with my best moments so far. Second half we pushed on well and it looked as if there was only one team that was going to win it. It was a great corner from wee Baz and I hit it well and it was a great finish.
"It was unfortunate that Waggy got injured but it was my chance; I had to come on and do well and I felt I did all right. And getting the goal to win the game was the most important thing. I took a chance to get across the front post and luckily enough wee Baz put it in the right area and I caught it well."
Waghorn left Rugby Park on crutches after injuring his knee but Rangers manager Mark Warburton was still happy to allow 18-year-old striker Ryan Hardie join Raith Rovers on loan.
The initial loan is for 28 days but Raith say the agreement could be extended. Rovers play Rangers' Ladbrokes Championship title rivals Hibernian on March 19.
