New deals for Gers youngsters
Striker Loy, who turns 21 this month, made his first-team debut in November's 5-0 SPL League win over Inverness and is the reserves' top scorer this season.
The former Kilmarnock forward joined Dunfermline on loan in December to gain first-team experience and has made 11 appearances for the Fife club.
Northern Ireland youth international Little, 19, joined Rangers as a striker but can also play centre-half or full-back.
