The hosts fought back from two goals down at New Douglas Park to take a lead into the interval but Kenny Miller earned a replay after Stuart Elliott was penalised for handball while laying on the floor.[LNB]Mensing said: "Stu is down on the floor and whether he's stuck his arm out I don't know, these things happen and you have to get on with it."[LNB]Former Rangers midfielder Neil McCann, in his role as a Sky Sports pundit, said: "How on earth is he meant to get his hands out of the road?"[LNB]Steven Whittaker opened the scoring before Miller doubled the lead - but Rangers were then rocked by a penalty from Mensing and goals by Marco Paixao and Mickael Antoine-Curier.[LNB]The hosts looked set for a place in the fifth round until Richmond awarded another penalty, and he later sent off Richard Hastings.[LNB]On the penalty award, Miller added: "It was a bit harsh that his hand was on the floor but there was no doubt it hit his hand."[LNB]Hamilton boss Billy Reid added on Sky Sports: "It was a fantastic comeback in the first half. We got a break with out penalty then we were absolutely brilliant.[LNB]"We could have done better in the second half."[LNB][LNB]
