ee McCulloch has insisted he is "desperate" to stay at Rangers next season, despite being linked with a summer switch to Hannover.[LNB] The midfielder, who turns 32 on Friday, has had no intention of walking away from his boyhood idols after helping them win a second successive Scottish Premier League title and the Co-operative Insurance Cup.[LNB]"I'm desperate to stay here, I love the club. I've never thought about going anywhere else," said McCulloch, who has another year left on his contract at Ibrox.[LNB]"I'm delighted with how things have gone this season, with winning the cup and the league title and I've loved being part of it all."[LNB]McCulloch is also hoping to continue playing behind Kris Boyd and Kenny Miller next season, as well as under manager Walter Smith.[LNB]Boyd is out of contract this summer, while Smith has been working without one since January.[LNB]McCulloch added on the club's official website: "Boydy's done well this year. It's been a big season for him now that he's out of contract and whatever he decides to do, I'll wish him well.[LNB]"But, of course, I hope his decision is to stay with Rangers. Both he and Kenny have been brilliant this season and they're a great foil for each other.[LNB]"Hopefully, the gaffer can keep that partnership together for next year, if he's still here as well."
