McCoist unfazed by replay

Ally McCoist admits Rangers have no option but to handle yet another meeting with Celtic as both teams battle to face Inverness in the Scottish Cup. A trip to the Highlands in the quarter-final awaits the victors of the fifth-round replay after the Old Firm rivals were forced to settle for a 2-2 draw at Ibrox. The Glasgow giants also meet in the Co-operative Insurance Cup final next month and will now face each other seven times this season. "The fortunate thing is we have been there before and we know what is expected," said assistant manager McCoist as he contemplated a replay at Celtic Park. "I don't think there was a lot between the sides today and our players will just have to handle it. "That's why they are here - to win trophies, cups and championships. We've still got an opportunity to do that this season. The motivation is there for the players, they know what's expected of them and they'll have to go out and do it."
