The striker has been hampered by a persistent hamstring injury and sought the advice of an expert in a bid to get to the bottom of the problem.[LNB]He will continue to receive treatment but was back in training at Murray Park on Monday.[LNB]"Kenny is fine," said McCoist. "He was over in Germany seeing the specialist and came back and trained well on Monday.[LNB]"He is in good form and looks fine.[LNB]"It's pretty much an ongoing thing but he is happy with the treatment he is receiving from the lad in Germany."[LNB]McCoist believes a gruelling run of games for both club and country was at the root of Miller's most recent injury problems.[LNB]He added: "To be honest, when you look at Kenny's performances in the Scotland games, they maybe just knocked a little bit of the stuffing out of him.[LNB]"I know better than anybody that it's a tough job playing up front for your country and he maybe suffered a little bit from fatigue.[LNB]"He got the rest and we saw his performance against Celtic.[LNB]"Maybe that's something we will have to think of in the future in terms of just looking after him a little bit and treading carefully with him in terms of his training and games."[LNB]Rangers were forced to field a depleted side for their Old Firm derby win over Celtic but McCoist expects more options for this weekend's visit to St Johnstone now that several key players are available again.[LNB]He said: "Lee McCulloch is over his bout of sickness and Kevin Thomson trained yesterday as well after suffering from the knee knock.[LNB]"Madjid Bougherra comes back from international duty today and we will have to wait and see how Steven Davis and one or two others are.[LNB]"Kyle Lafferty didn't travel with Northern Ireland but hopefully he will be fine to be involved in the squad for the weekend.[LNB]"It's a lot rosier than it was for the Celtic game."[LNB][LNB] Rangers 1/2, Draw 3/1, St. Johnstone 6/1
