Lafferty seeks title hat-trick

Kyle Lafferty has set his sights on grabbing the goal that seals the Clydesdale Bank Premier League title for Rangers this season. The Scottish champions moved to within touching distance of the trophy on Tuesday night with a 2-0 win over Dundee United in Walter Smith's last match as manager at Ibrox. A win for Rangers at Kilmarnock on Sunday would secure a third successive championship and Lafferty - who has netted in the title-winning match in the last two seasons - would love to be on target when it counts once again. "I would be over the moon," he said. "We just want to pick up the three points, get our hands on the trophy and dedicate it to the gaffer. "The gaffer was the right guy to come in and take charge when the club was struggling. He got every single player up for it and they performed on the pitch. "With everything that's happened this year, everyone wants to win it for the gaffer. We will all be up for the game and one more win takes us there."
