Goian: More to come from Gers

Rangers defender Dorin Goian has warned there is more to come from the runaway Scottish Premier League leaders. [LNB] The Romanian centre-back, a summer arrival from Palermo, has helped the Gers make an impressive start to the campaign as they chase their fourth consecutive title. [LNB]After drawing with Hearts in their season curtain-raiser, Rangers have stormed to nine league victories on the bounce. [LNB]That winning streak has left Ally McCoist's men top of the table and nine points clear of second-placed Motherwell, while fierce Old Firm rivals Celtic are a further point behind in third. [LNB]Disappointment in the Europa League and the Scottish League Cup have been the only blots on Rangers' campaign so far. [LNB]And 30-year-old Goian believes the Ibrox side will only get better as the season progresses. [LNB]He told the Daily Record: "So far, the table says we have been the No.1 team in Scotland but I am convinced we will get better.[LNB]"With each match new players like myself will learn more about our team-mates and get to know our style."
